Please measure your neck accurately and compare your neck measurements to the necklace length listed in the product's description. The necklace length is the total length of the necklace including the additional length added to the necklace by the clasp and/or clasp attachments (jump rings, crimp beads, etc when applicable). Everyone has different neck widths so measuring your neck to ensure it is shorter than the necklace length listed in the product's description is important to ensure the product will fit you. If you are unsure if a particular necklace will fit you, than you can always contact me here.

I try to accurately measure my necklaces. However, because each item is handmade, there might be small variations between the necklace length listed in the product's description and the actual product received.

I do not accept returns for products that don't fit.

I only ship within the USA.

Everyone has different neck widths so measuring yourself is important to ensure the product will fit you.

I don't accept returns or exchanges for items not exactly matching their product pages.

Each item is handmade, sometimes with great detail and many individual components, which means that each necklace might have slight variations in color and size compared to what is shown on the product's page. No necklace will be identical due to the handmade nature of each piece. I photograph and take video to give any potential buyer an as-accurate depiction (to the best of my ability) of what the product looks like so an informed purchase can be made.

I don't accept returns for orders marked as "delivered" by USPS

All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. If the carrier states that the package was delivered, but you have not received your product, you can contact me and I can reach out to the carrier on your behalf. However, if the carrier confirms that the package has been delivered, I cannot accept a return.

Exceptions

The only exception to my returns/refunds policy is if the item arrives damaged or the wrong necklace was accidentally shipped to you. However, I will refuse any refund if I personally believe the item was damaged on purpose or handled improperly by the customer. Should you experience an issue with your order, please contact me.
